Return & Refund Policy for Siberian Kittens

We are committed to ensuring that every family receives a healthy, well-adjusted Siberian kitten. However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we have a clear, fair return and refund policy to offer peace of mind.

Health Discrepancies or Genetic Issues:

If a veterinary checkup reveals any discrepancies with the health records I provided, or if the kitten shows signs of illness or genetic issues, you are entitled to a full refund. This refund will be processed within 3-5 business days.

If you would prefer a replacement kitten, you will need to provide a written statement from two licensed veterinarians at different clinics, confirming the genetic problems. This ensures the issue is verified before we proceed with a replacement.

Returning a Kitten Within 90 Days:

If, within 90 days of your purchase, you feel unable to provide the necessary care for your kitten, you may return it for a full refund. Before issuing the refund, I will conduct a health check to ensure the kitten has not suffered due to changes in its environment.

Please note: If the kitten is unwell due to environmental changes, you will not be eligible for a refund.

After 90 Days:

After the 90-day period, if you wish to return your kitten due to an inability to provide care, unfortunately, you will not be eligible for a refund. However, we will continue to offer advice and assistance to help ensure the well-being of your kitten.

Returns and Shipping Fees:

If you decide to return the kitten within the first 90 days due to an inability to care for it, you will be responsible for the re-shipping fee. This fee also applies to returns after the 90-day period.

However, if a veterinary checkup within the first 7 days shows that the kitten is unwell or has genetic defects, I will cover the re-shipping fee.
