Siberian Kitten Sale Agreement:

The Breeder agrees to sell, and the Buyer agrees to purchase one (1) Siberian kitten for the price of $800.

Health Guarantee:

The Breeder guarantees that the kitten is in good health at the time of sale and is current on all vaccinations and deworming. The Breeder offers the following health guarantees:

a. Veterinary Examination: The Breeder provides a lifetime health guarantee against congenital defects. The Buyer must take the kitten to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup within seven (7) days of receiving the kitten. If the veterinarian finds the kitten to be ill or identifies a serious congenital defect, the Breeder will refund the full purchase price, including any shipping costs, upon the return of the kitten.

b. Hypoglycemia: The Breeder guarantees the kitten against hypoglycemia (low blood sugar) for its entire life. If the kitten is diagnosed with hypoglycemia by two (2) licensed veterinarians, the Breeder will either replace the kitten with another of equal value or refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs, upon the return of the kitten.

c. Communicable Diseases: If the kitten is diagnosed with a communicable disease within the first fourteen (14) days after the Buyer receives it, the Breeder will refund the full purchase price, including any shipping costs, upon the return of the kitten.

d. Veterinary Checkup: The Buyer must take the kitten to a licensed veterinarian for a checkup within seven (7) days of receiving it. If any health issues or congenital defects are identified, the Breeder will refund the full purchase price, including shipping costs, upon return of the kitten.

Shipping and Pickup:

a. Shipping: If the kitten is to be shipped, the Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. The kitten will be transported via a reputable pet delivery service, and the Buyer will receive tracking information.

b. Pickup: If the Buyer opts to pick up the kitten, a non-refundable deposit of $500 must be paid at the time of this agreement. The remaining balance must be paid in full upon pickup.

Payment:

For shipping, the full purchase price must be paid before the kitten is delivered. For pickups, a $500 deposit is required at the time of this agreement, with the remaining balance of $300 due at the time of pickup.

Buyer’s Responsibilities:

The Buyer agrees to provide the kitten with proper care, including sufficient food, water, shelter, exercise, and veterinary care. The Buyer also agrees to comply with all state and local laws regarding the ownership of a cat.

Entire Agreement:

This agreement constitutes the complete understanding between the parties involved.
